This hotel is great value for the money and very close to all of the markets such as lucas de galvez and san benito. The neighborhood has quite a bit of traffic and it was a little noisy at night, But I stayed in the back section of the hotel so it was quieter. The room was clean, and the bed was huge and fairly comfortable, And the bathroom was modern, The water was nice and hot, but there was only one little hook to hang your towel on. Those are just minor inconveniences though. Nancy, One of the main people there during the day does speak fairly good english and can help. They were so kind and helped me with several problems that I had had. I felt safe there and would definitely consider staying there for a shorter stay. It was only four blocks from the market, Five blocks from the main square, And it was easy to get a cab right outside the hotel's door. There was a small desk area to use, And the a c worked great. If you have some food to store, they have a refrigerator in the back that you can use, And they have cold waters and sodas for sale by the reception desk. Free coffee and tea are available daily.

The hotel is very comfortable, well-located (only 4.5 blocks away from the city centre), and clean. It is managed by Fer and Nancy, who are super friendly and welcoming towards all tourists. Finding the hotel was easy, parking was provided, and the hotel is pet-friendly (with a fee of $300 MXN added to the bill, when bringing pets). The rooms are bright, spacious, and perfect for two people each. There is a working desk space in every room, for those working remotely. The wi-fi is stable and strong enough to hold regular video calls. There is a choice of streaming services on the TV, and the screens are large. Free cold water, tea, and coffee is available all day long at the reception. English is spoken, and the managers are always happy to give useful tips on where to eat and what to visit in Mérida. I would definitely recommend it for short or long stays for couples, groups, or solo travellers with no mobility impediments.

The staff were extremely kind and always had a warm smile on their faces. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was much needed at night! The shower had good water pressure....and with warm water!! There's a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfast and a drink in the evenings. Free coffee and drinking water were also available all day, which we really appreciated! We were also able to park our car in the private lot so that we could walk around hassle free. It's a short walk (10ish mins) to the main square and we always felt safe.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and try their best to make your stay a comfortable one. They include nice touches like free coffee and a cold water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel is well located a few blocks away from the city center, which can be reached by foot within ten minutes. The bus terminal is a short distance away, but it's not located within the city center anyway, and if you're up to it, it is still walkable (give yourself up to 20 minutes). Otherwise, it's an affordable taxi/uber ride away. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax.

Location is the best. Parking for free is available in a private parking lot as part of the price. Hot water and coffee at the reception. It's a good price deal compared to location with some manageable issues.

Generally it was good the only downfall were the doors and showers. The doors did not seem very secure like anyone could break in if they tried to and the shower floors were made of a material that didn’t seem appropriate for showers and build up of mold could be seen in the corners + there was no shower curtain.

Our stay was amazing! The staff here are absolutely fantastic and it’s an easy walk to anywhere in central Merida! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to people looking for a nice reliable spot!

Nanay Romero was just marvelous. She and the entire staff went beyond any expectations in customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and how to get around. 24 hour free coffee was a definite plus. Parking is very convenient.

It was my second year and I hope to return again. Staff is very friendly and it's good value for money. Free water and tea is much appreciated. Hope to book directly in future and avoid Booking.com's horrendous customer service!
